The menu tasting is available for a maximum of 6 people.
The menu tasting will always feature the current year’s proposal and not those from previous years.
In the case of a personalized proposal, the kitchen team will decide on the selection of dishes for the tasting.
The wines included in the menu tasting will be those specified in the initial proposal.
Any additional wine opened outside of that selection will be charged according to the bottle price listed on the restaurant's menu.
We do not offer tastings for cocktails, late-night snacks, or suppers.
A credit card will be required at the time of booking to cover any extra charges during the menu tasting.
The bride and groom are invited to the menu tasting. Additional guests will be charged €120.00 per person, VAT included.
All guests for unconfirmed weddings will be charged €150.00 per person, VAT included. If the wedding is confirmed, the bride and groom will be invited.
Additional guests will not be accepted without prior reservation.
All tasting charges will be settled at the end of the menu tasting.
For the two-diner tests of the Menu I, you will choose two starters, two main dishes and two desserts to try.
For more than two diners, three starter, main and dessert options will be offered.
For the two-diner tests of the Menu II, three will be chosen Showcookings, two main dishes and two desserts to try.
For more than two diners, three options will be offered: Showcooking, main and dessert.
Those couples who want to try a season Showcooking In addition, they must pay the price indicated in the proposal, per person.
Additional plates will be charged at a price of €30.00 per plate.
Main courses at an additional cost will be invoiced with VAT included.
At the end of the menu tasting, your selection must be submitted.
You may make changes to your selection at any time.
At the end of the gastronomic experience, our administration team will send you the updated invoice with your food selection.
